All cancellations require 48-hour notice or a late cancellation fee or no-show fee will be applied to your account.

Yes, you can do these on the same day if the schedule allows. But keep in mind your thermogram needs to be done PRIOR to the ultrasound due to the ultrasound gel that is applied to the breasts.

We do not take insurance and payment is due at the time of service. Thermography is not covered by insurance. For ultrasounds that have a physician’s order we can provide itemized receipts for you to attempt reimbursement from your insurance company.

At this time, we do not offer payment plans.

Thermography is safe during pregnancy and directly following; however, due to the change in hormones during pregnancy/breastfeeding, breast scans are likely to show changes. It is best to have a breast scan at least 3 months after stopping lactation/breast feeding. Other areas of the body CAN be scanned safely.

Due to trauma to tissues, it is recommended to wait at least 3 months after surgery. Following a biopsy, please wait 1 month.
